You can put your plan on hold for up to 2 consecutive months. During a pause, you are not billed and no new videos are produced, but your Trello board, ideas and content plan remain intact and ready to pick up again.

After a pause of up to 2 consecutive months, your subscription does not automatically resume. At that point, you can choose to restart your plan (subject to availability), or your spot may be offered to the next client on the waiting list.

For larger projects like social media campaigns or "how to" series, we break down the work together on a Zoom call.
You’ll receive a steady flow of completed videos every 48–72 hours until the project is finished. To keep things moving, you’ll need to approve each video as it’s delivered before we proceed to the next one.

The videos are edited using Adobe After Effects and Final Cut Pro.

You can request videos however you like using your Trello board. Most clients submit requests directly in Trello, share Google Docs, or record a quick Loom video. As long as it can be linked or shared in Trello, it’s welcome.

No worries! Every video includes one revision. Just share your feedback on your Trello board, and we’ll make the changes you need.

Absolutely. Our service does not support true 3D videos, videos over 1 minute 30 seconds, isometric animations, or complex/heavy animation projects.
